Excellent service, needed the jacket to a Victorian fancy dress outfit for Halloween altering with short notice and it was done way before the deadline and made all the difference to the fit and look. Will be going back to Paula for all alterations from now on.

My husband & I were not impressed. Her attitude is disgraceful. She tried blaming me for not collecting a pair of voiles she wanted £20 cash to alter. I explained I was unwell, she ranted & raved on texts at me. I forgave her, sent a pleasant text thanking her once I felt well enough to hang my voiles. Shall not be using or recommending her again. My jeans were OK but my husband didn't like the way this awful woman took them up but we were too polite & it was too late then to say anything so we refrained....Just shows sometimes folk take my kindness for weakness.

I contacted Fix it to fit with just 2 weeks to go to my daughters prom for her dress to be altered. Paula was able to fit us in to a very busy time of year. She shortened the hem and train on the dress and you would never know it is amazing and fit my daughter perfectly. The service Paula provided was excellent, professional and efficient, at an extremely reasonable price. I cannot praise Paula's work enough and would recommend Fix it to Fit to anyone who is looking to have any sort of alterations they may need doing.

Despite being really busy with prom dress alterations, Paula shortened my dress for me. I wanted a mid length from maxi. The dress is fully pleated and Paula has done a perfect job. She has altered several things for me in the past and her work is excellent. She is always very friendly and accommodating and I can’t recommend her highly enough.
