Andy was great, had the personal 1-2-1 touch with me the whole process from talking about what I was after to sourcing a battery and when it arrived to break downs of what he would do and provided pictures of examples and then once complete also provided evidence of my laptop before and after to show the difference.

Upon collecting Andy went through stress test in front of me and talked about what he was doing and looking for and explained what and why and translated for me to understand, which all in all was great to see and experience and all at a great cost.

Superb Service!
I received an immediate response to my enquiry and dropped the laptop off same day. I was impressed to receive very detailed updates that evening, including photos of the fault that was found. Quick, great tech report after fixing the issue explaining what was wrong exactly, polite, professional.. 5 stars without any hesitation. However, i think the cost was a bit too high. My daughters laptop broke New Years eve and was very upset. Andy answered his phone in the evening and was extremely helpfull straight away. Within 2 days the laptop was with him getting looked at. A very honest man, he told me the laptop unfortunately couldn't be repaired no fault of his but due to very limited parts available for Huawei laptops. He did manage to recover the external hardrive and made it into a portable hardrive so the data could be recovered. He also adviced me on a good quality laptop currently out there and was sending me links on ones he would recommend. I would highly recommend Andy, a very professional and helpful individual.

I went to Andy with my laptop that I could not get to work. He found out the problem very quickly but advised that it would be quite costly to repair and suggested getting a new one.
He didn't just tell me to go and get one he actually spent time sending links to some that he recommended for me, amazing !
I ordered one and took it to him to transfer all my files, photo's etc.. onto.
Nothing was too much trouble.
