Very expensive service. They charged me £100 for a simple 5-minute job to fix a smoke alarm. I believe they should consider the time it takes to complete a job and charge accordingly, but they didn’t. I would not recommend them.

I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend them to others. Some of the electrics in my kitchen trip overnight and I needed a fix quite urgently. Pritam was quick to respond to my query, gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, turned up exactly on time the very next day and did a fantastic job fixing the problem. Drilled through a wire behind plasterboard at 15:30. By 16:30 the chap was leaving, having cut away plasterboard, fixed cables and tested everything to ensure all was safe.

Not all super hero’s wear capes!

After having issues with my house alarm constantly beeping inside the house, I tried calling several engineers / electricians and they either didn’t return my call or were too busy. Prit contacted me straight away and squeezed me in the end of his day. He told me up front what the cost would be which was very reasonable. The problem was solved very quickly - thank you so much!

I've got a bit honest. Had him on a call out pricey. Genuine guy but his fault finding wasn't upto par. Blamed the noise I was hearing to external issues left with issue unresolved. Had another electrician round went round the same sockets then the rabbit whole began.
