Be very aware before you use this company

Be careful when you go there, they make you sign a paper saying that if you don’t repair with them , you get it in pieces the way they opened to find the issue , and believe me with their prices you won’t repair with them, better off buy new. I left a second fix nail gun for repair, after 3/4 weeks they give me a proforma invoice of £513.83 incl. VAT to CHANGE a cylinder. Just bear in mind that to buy a new Paslode second fix is £475. I ve attached two photos on how it looked when picked up from them and also I attached a website photo show how much is to buy new also I attached the proforma to see that I don’t lie. So my question is how come to repair cost more that new does not make any business sense if you are in the right frame of mind. What matters more is that repair price is with the discount as well 😂😂😂🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦 but I guess I am in the wrong
