Absolutely Brilliant!

I can't thank Adam enough for his incredible work in bringing my phone back to life! After breaking my screen, I attempted a DIY repair following a YouTube video—big mistake. Not only did I ruin the new glass, but the phone stopped working entirely. It seemed hopeless.

The guys are very good at what they do. Repairing and fixing Laptops.

My Oppo Find X2 Pro was water damaged after taking it in the shower after being led to believe it was IP68 rated which turned out to be a costly mistake. It subsequently stopped powering on altogether. I had all but lost hope of recovering my data let alone fixing my phone. That is until I sent it to this place and it turned out to be the right call (pun not intended). They carried out diagnostics and gave me a no obligation quote, and subsequently repaired it and shipped it back to me safely. Communication was faultless as was the quality of workmanship.

I’m very pleased with the service provided by Fixfactor. Apple were unable to help with my MacBook pro repair that had water damage and corrosion and had stopped working. I was worried I would have to buy a new laptop and had lost all my data. Fortunately Fixfactor were able to clean the motherboard and remove the corrosion and replace a capacitor that had stopped working. This was all done within 4 days and can highly recommend this repair shop.

Highly recommended. If you want a friendly service from people with a can do attitude this is the place. HUAWEI failed me yet Fix Factor managed to solve the issue. Parking is not that bad as long as you are happy with pay and display. Finally, they provide a fix it while you wait service.
