Had my computer charging port fixed here. Told me it would take 3 days but it took 2 weeks and the port is still not working

EDIT: Following the owner’s response below, I went again to the shop and they told me they need 3 working days just to see what’s wrong with it, when they already had it for 2 weeks!! And who knows how long this will actually take.

I had thrifted a second hand watch at the nottinghill markets that was too big for my wrist and no battery. Another place had attempted doing it and acctually broke my watch. But Cristian went above and beyond and acctually soldered the copper and fixed my watch over night to collect the next morning. Both guys in the shop are very nice, great service and reasonable price for the work.

I got sent here by a stall at Portabello market in notting hill. The guy that adjusted my watch and changed my watch battery was lovely, he even gave it a clean he said. charged me more than what the guy i bought the watch from told me but it was okay. However my watch has just stopped working now and it's been around one month. He said it would last up to 3 years. Not sure if it's his fault, but something did feel a bit off.

Amaaaaazing shop! Recommended by a close friend who's been several times and loves them. Turn around time was less than 24 hours, very supportive and kind staff, very honest and did an amazing job. Went to apple and it wasn't helpful at all (despite spending 3 hours there) and once I got to FixINN, they were all hands on deck ready to help me whichever way they could and got it done quick, with updates and awesome communication. There is simply to better repair shop in London than this place. If it can be fixed, they will fix it and for a reasonable price. Have never had a bad experience here, and they've always fixed whatever device was broken regardless of the issue.

Not convinced reviews are genuine. Came in the get an iPhone screen replacement. Was told it’ll take 1 to 2 hours, but had to wait extra 20 mins on top of the 2 hours. Colours on the phone display seem off, which I’ll get used to, but the touch screen sensitivity is significantly worse, phone is basically not pleasant to use anymore. You’d imagine fixing an iPhone someplace not official may not be the same, but I didn’t think the difference would be this significant. I guess I should’ve known but a warning about what using unoriginal parts may do to the device would’ve been kind. Place nearby wanted 10£ less and only 30min to fix it but I went for this because they had slightly better reviews. Disappointed.
