After a short phone call with Darius about an email synching issue on our laptop we visited Fixio at their shop in Crawley.
Darius came to the rescue and within 10 minutes had fixed our problem.

Think twice before getting water damage assessment. Got my mac assessed by these, paid £90 for them to tell me there was £300 worth of damage because the IO board needed replacing and it would not turn on without it. I took it home because it would have been uneconomical to repair and it works! I appreciate it may still die but to be told it won't turn on was a bit misleading in my opinion.

Had a perfectly good iPhone 7 with a very degraded battery. MacMan replaced battery and phone collected the next day. Phone now as good as new and battery still at 100% max capacity a month later. Excellent service from Elliott and Matt at Horsham. Highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service that I received from both Matt and Elliot. I took my iPad in for a new battery and was very happy with the work. Unfortunately the battery did not hold a full charge, so MacMan replaced the battery again straight away and with no quibble. They kept me posted about the repair all the time. Great prices as well. Highly recommended.

I have used this company a number of times and always found them knowledgable and helpful. There was a supply problem with a replacement battery for one of my MacBooks. Excellent experience in dealing with the team at MacMan. A fairly old and unresponsive iMac turned back into a computer I enjoy using again. From initial enquiry to receipt of the upgraded machine I experienced a professional service and informed of progress.
