My mower wasn't starting after several years of non use. Fixit 4u fixed it in 2 days (carb clean & fuel) for £40, and then I asked for a service which was done the next day. Couldn't be happier!
They seem to be the only ones who want to fix your mower as opposed to selling you a new one!

I had a problem with my Honda lawnmower. Dropped it off and it turned out that to fix it warranted no more than moving a cable to a different position. It took two it three minutes. Other repairers would not have admitted. It was such a simple fix. Most importantly I was charged NOTHING! I will certainly return when a full service is required. Very friendly and clearly super service!

I recently bought a mower from Cobra direct but unfortunately within a couple of weeks it developed a fault. I was told to take it to my nearest authorised dealer, Fixit 4 U in Finchley to be repaired under warranty.

What followed was undoubtedly THE worst customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t bore you with the detail but they were exceptionally rude, unbelievably unhelpful and horribly arrogant. They didn’t even have the capability to fix my mower (their issue not the mower fault).

I never usually write reviews but on this occasion I have no choice but to warn others to please avoid this place. The minute you arrive at their front door, trust your instincts, turn around and find somewhere else. Interacting with this company on any level will leave you full of regret.
