I left my sons Nintendo with him for over a month! After many tries to call him he finally answered my messages! He said that he had a surgery and he will be back soon and he will fix my son's Nintendo! Another 2 weeks past and heard nothing from him! His phone is disconnected and even WhatsApp not going through! Will not recomand this guy and I still didn't get my Nintendo back !

Quick same day repair, showed me how to clean out PlayStation more effectively. Much cheaper than Sony to repair HDMI and it isn’t covered under Sony warranty anyway and you don’t have to send it off. Very good would use them again

Well what a great service. My boys ps5 suddenly stopped showing an image on the screen. With a few quick messages back and forth to fix it Ralph I had it delivered to them out of shop opening hours and fitted with a brand new hdmi port and a fully working console before my boy had even finished his game of football. Great service shown working before leaving and all done with speed and efficiency for a great price. Would highly recommend fix it Ralph’s services for all your device needs

Solid experience, my ps5 kept on powering off when i was trying to play ps5 games, i called him and spoke about the problem and he told me it would cost me around £90 and it would be done in a few days and that was exactly what i got. Since the repair my ps5 hasn’t powered off once so its working perfectly fine. CEX quoted me around £100 for the repair + fees if it ends up costing more with a wait time of around 2 weeks and Playstation were offering me £220 for a repair so i’m glad i found this place, I’d definitely recommend!

Took my ps5 to these guys for a USB repair... two days later after chasing them about repair, the blue light of death has appeared when they tried to turn it on and they 'havent been into it at all'!!! well i collected it and once home - it is plainly clear that they have been into it as all bolts show signs of removal, even the warranty sticker has been removed and replaced.... Not happy about this at all....if you havent attempted to go into it why tamper with the sticker......... seriously unhappy..... is it even my original ps5 guts in this

It was working before I brought it in, uploaded data to cloud, powered off and brought to you guys...
Callum told me ' you haven't been into it at all' when clearly you have..
You even said.... we don't need to power it up for the usb change when I came in with it.....

Edit: Weeks after this review. I have still only received one call, the call started "I'm not happy about that review. On this call promised I would get updates and my item returned. Still don't have my item or updates. I've lost hope I will ever get my item back.

Absolutely shocked at the service I've received. I realise mine was not the usual fix. A Bluetooth speaker battery replacement. I was told it could be done. My speaker has been with them for over 2 months now and I've not had one call to update me, I have called 3 times, the last time being 3 weeks ago and was told Monday or Tuesday the battery would be in....I've heard nothing. Today I have tried to call and the phone line is dead. So this is my only a way to contact. Will I ever receive my speaker back?
