Efficient, knowledgeable and fair prices. He phoned me to let me know when the replacement battery had arrived, which he had promised to do, and he got hold of the battery I needed far quicker than other places I tried ( some said up to 2 week's wait). My laptop was put on a globally obsolete list by Apple and is no longer supported by them for servicing needs. Mohammed at FixLocal was able to source a replacement battery in a couple of days and fit it without any issues in a couple of hours, on the day. I had a great experience here, i have used this store a few times in the past few months, i have brought charges from these guys which are still going very strong, and when i have had other issues have fixed the problem without any issue.
the last time I went i was having issues with my iPhone screen and the amazing tech guy in store, was able to sort out my phone and I couldn’t recommend this service enough, they go above and beyond in customer care and giving the best service possible.

I gave my tablet to them for fixing as it fell and broke. There was an indian guy there he fixed and two days later the same issue arised. I went back to him with the reciept and he even denied to look at it again. He also yelled at me after i demanded a refund.

Whats worse is that he tried to scam me! I asked him about the price and he said it would be between 49 and 79. I asked him about student discount he said up to 25%. A few hours later after my tablet was fixed he tells me the price is 49, when i asked for student discount he told me it was 79 and now its 49 with the discount. I then told him that he was trying to take advantage of me as 25 percent of 79 is 60. He then agreed to a price of 35.

I demand a refund as this sort of behavior is unacceptable.

Whilst visiting your store I met a guy named Mohammed, he went above and beyond to help with my technical issues where other companies failed , his expertise and customer service was 5*
His manners were impeccable.

Booked an appointment, said £39 for an iPhone battery replacement. Travelled all the way to the shop, only for them to say the online price isn’t correct and it’s £85. Same price as the Apple Store…

Complete waste of money. Purchased the upgraded “premium” screen and within a month weeks it was glitching, typing ghost letters and stuff. No warranty offered and was really expensive. Plus I didn’t want to go back because the technician was being creepy and asking me so many questions about my personal life. Wouldn’t recommend.
