So handy to have this place close to work.
Had to get my charging cables for my phone.
They suggested the non-breakable ones (which costs exactly the same) and it helped a lot!
Anything related to phone or laptop could be looked into and will surely recommend

I have been a Fix Local customer for many years and they have solved many issues with several laptops including recommending which laptop to purchase, transferring all data from the old laptop to the new and, most recently, replacing the hard drive on my current laptop with a new hard drive, again transferring all data from the old hard drive to the new. Both their customer service and knowledge are exceptional. I would not trust anyone else with my equipment. I cannot recommend the Fix Local team highly enough - they never disappoint.

I went to visit FixLocal-Chelsea to repair my phone. The staffs were wonderful and did a great job on my phone. I invite everyone to come to visit the shop for any phones problems. They will find the solutions.

Unfortunately very very poor. We went in to change the battery of a phone. Once complete they gave it back to us but told us to give it some time before removing the bands placed on the phone and to check it later after charging it. We got home and checked but unfortunately FixLocal had broken the phone screen in the process where it had not been placed correctly. The screen was now flickering and the touchscreen no longer working. Whilst I tried to speak with the shop over the phone on this, they told us we had accepted it and collected it as being fine and it must have been broken by us! We went in to see them and they took a look and told us that this can happen 1 in 1000 times when a phone battery is replaced, but not to worry, they would only charge us £180 for a new screen which was a 'discount' from £300. On the way home we checked at a similar store who said that this kind of screen damage can only come from the equipment such as a blunt object used by the individuals to open the phone. My advice is avoid these guys. They took our perfectly functioning phone and accidently broke it in the process, then tried to cover this up with a story about it being a freak rare consequence of replacing a battery (not mentioned to us when we first got back the phone), and then refused to give our money back and wanted to charge us for their mistake. Disappointed to say the least, a very amature service and capability. Use other fix stores that have the appropriate equipment to guarantee the safety of your phone

My child was sick in ICU & my phone ran out of battery this shop wouldn’t charge my phone even though I offered him money. I just got home and found out a friend of mine passed away I did know though because my phone was switched off. The people who run this shop don’t have a drop of compassion of kindness.
