Went to FixLocal Fulham on the back of other reviews on Google. I needed my old MBPro battery replaced (purchased separately) and dealt with Mo who was brilliant. I was charged a very reasonable price and he completed the job in less than the time he said he would. He was really helpful and accommodating to include other queries I had. Really delighted with the service and friendliness of staff. I know where to return for my computer and related needs. Thanks again Mo!

I recently had a major issue with my MacBook Pro that left me in a really stressful situation. I had lost access to my Apple ID iCloud account, and the only trusted device that could help me regain access was my MacBook Pro—except it had suffered liquid damage. I first took it to the Apple Genius Bar, where their only solution was to replace the internal board, which would have cost at least £450. Even then, they couldn't guarantee that I would regain access to my iCloud, which was my top priority.

After deciding not to go ahead with Apple, I found this place online and decided to give it a try. I spoke with Mustafa, who was incredibly approachable, helpful, and patient. He completely understood the seriousness of my situation. I explained that if my MacBook couldn't be fixed, I would lose access to everything on my iCloud, which was devastating to think about.

Mustafa took on the challenge, and I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. But within just an hour and a half, he had resolved the liquid damage issue, and I was able to access my MacBook and retrieve my iCloud account. He was an absolute lifesaver.

I am immensely grateful for his expertise, understanding, and patience, especially considering how anxious I was at the time. The level of service I received was phenomenal, and the cost was incredibly reasonable. When Apple quoted me nearly £500, Mustafa charged only £75.

I highly recommend this place to anyone facing tech issues. The service is outstanding, and the prices are fair. Thank you, Mustafa, for saving the day!

Came in for a phone repair as my power button was not working on my Samsung Galaxy A71. Was told they would need to order parts and they would call me back when ready. Got a call roughly an hour later to say its fixed. Very straightforward and fixed my issue very quickly. No issues with customer service, the person who dealt with my issue was friendly and to the point. Would recommend this place.

My screen came apart while on holiday so I suffered a few days without a phone and decided to get it repaired in London. I went to the local shop nearby because of the reviews on my screen was fixed in a few hours. A part was missing, but was able to be retrieved within a weeks time. Great service, and would come back again!
