Coffee got spilled onto my iPad and I couldn’t charge due to the residue of coffee inside the charging port. FixMtTek fixed and cleaned it real good in minutes and they did it for FREE! 💯

They were great at cleaning my MacBook mouse pad a few weeks ago! They did it for free which was extremely kind.

My old Samsung phone's charging port, headphone jack, and speakers were blocked to the brim with dry mud and crap. Bertie, a very friendly and conversational man, cleaned them out in under 5 minutes! He even offered to charge it since it was almost dead. Very happy with the service and the result. Couldn't sing Bertie's praises enough. Thank you!

After my phone charger had broken off, a piece of it was stuck inside my phone and blocking the charging port. I went to FixMyTek to see if they could help and they were able to clearly lay out my options on all the potential ways they could remove it as well as providing some alternative solutions to my problem. They were very friendly, were able to answer any questions I had, and were very supportive in trying to help me. In the end they were able to quickly remove it with some specialised tweezers and I didn’t need to take it any further, but if I were to have any problems in the future I would definitely come back for their excellent service. I highly recommend.

Staff member at UWE - FixMyTek have massively helped me by fixing a hard-drive and separately recovering data from an SD card.
