New owners, very bad business, did not honour a lifetime warranty despite having receipts and all. Despite still having all the same signage, they said they would not honour the warranty or even offer a discount on a new fix. This was also to fix a screen that they had put in incorrectly and was broken after a few months. Avoid

Great and fast service! They replaced my phone battery and back glass screen for a fraction of the price that Apple would charge. My phone is working like brand new! Would definitely recommend this place

Im shocked at all the positive reviews. I question their legitimacy. I went to have a battery replaced. When I picked my phone up and went home. I could tell the screen was not an original I went back to the shop, and immediately saw my now broken original screen on behind counter. The technician had broken my screen and chose not to tell me and replaced it with a cheap copy. They cite their disclaimer as reason for dishonest practice. Yes phones can reveal further damage when opening them but this phone was not damaged, it simply had a battery at the end of its life. After visiting Apple they disclosed it had been butchered with a screwdriver or blunt instrument and the shop must not have the correct tools for the model. 2 days later the charging port was no longer working. They had also damaged the circuit board. My biggest regret is going to this shoddy shop run by lying little cowboys to save £40 on the cost of going to Apple direct. I have now had to spend £600 on a replacement model. If you want a bodge job undertaken by lyers who use the cheapest products on the market, then this is the shop for you. Please read this review. It is a genuine one. Appalling firm with poor technical experience and 0 morals. Avoid avoid avoid avoid.

My phone was on 1 percent and needed to charge my phone, they were so kind and allowed me to do so-saved my life!

The shop is also very modern and clean and smells nice!

If nothing else, you should Flashfix just for how nice and friendly they are. Everytime you are greeted with a smile. Unfortunately my laptop has had a very complex problem which has meant I've had to bring it in a few times but everytime they were so nice and have worked so hard to make sure that they get a permanent fix. They are very detailed in their approach and know what they are doing. I couldn't recommend them enough for any tech issues.

I was confident that this store would fix my small issue on my phone's screen, that was just taking off and needed some strong glue. After seeing all the good reviews I thought this would quite easy.
I went to the store but no one was there, and after waiting 5 min Shaded came. He checked the screen and indicated that in 30 min he could glue the screen for 30 pounds. I felt that was very expensive, but I agreed.
After keeping the phone off the whole day, to avoid the glue was melted, I turned on the phone and I could still see the screen's light going throw the gap of the glass. Probably the glue that was used was not strong enough to keep the screen fixed.
Another thing that I noted a few days after my visit, that now there is a yellowish stain on one edge of my phone. I checked for which reason it could be, and it seems is due some excessive pressure manipulating the phone. I can't be 100% sure was because of FlashFix, but it makes sense to me considering the time it was done and the kind of work they made.
So screen almost taken off again, a new yellow stain, and £30 less.
I'm sorry, but not recommendable.

Highly recommended. Shahed was wonderful, warm, courteous service, quick replacement of my screen which was broken, he’s a superhero my phone feels like new. Much quicker, cheaper and helpful than at Apple store nearby and he gave me an early Christmas present, a cute pink case✨🌟✨
