Fast and honest service. Hocyne was very friendly, helpful and polite. I went in as my mics stopped working properly. Initially thought to be charge port which was cheaper and quicker than if it were the audio IC chip but after further discussion the fault pointed more towards the IC. I left my phone with him on Wednesday and he said it will be ready by Friday, he then called me Wednesday evening as he’d tried the charge port replacement first which fixed the problem so I could collect on Thursday morning. Upon collection he refunded me the difference as the repair was cheaper than expected. He could’ve just left it till Friday and charged me more but Hocyne was honest and professional so I’d say very trustworthy. He also replaced my partners phone battery while I walked the dogs which is also appreciated that it was done so fast. My go to phone repair guy from now on.

I was quoted £500 by apple to repair my Iphone 13 Pro Max that couldn't turn on or charge. Bossman did it for £200 and saved all of my data. A true magician. I went to two other phone "repair" shops on east street and both of them couldn't help me. Fone Fixers was the only place that could.
