Needed a new screen for a 9th gen iPad, not cracked or smashed so it needed investigating too. They found the home button was breaking so they replaced that for free and the price for fixing the screen was 2/3 the next cheapest quote. All turned around in under 48 hours. Perfect service

Really friendly, excellent service and very reasonable prices, had a new charging port and battery fitted to my phone, they had it fixed within 40 minutes of me dropping it off with them, brilliant service, would definitely recommend them

I had the worst experience here. I brought in my phone to have the screen fixed, but they ended up putting on another faulty screen. When I brought it up with the owner, he was super rude and refused to admit they made a mistake.

The replacement screen they put on my phone was terrible - the display was all messed up and the touch screen didn't work properly. The owner didn't seem to care at all and just blamed me for the issues.

Overall, the service was awful and the owner's attitude was unprofessional. I left feeling frustrated and ripped off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They clearly don't know what they're doing and their customer service is seriously lacking. Stay away from this place.

Absolutely superb service 👏.

I purchased a new phone. The first thing I needed to do is get a screen protector and case.

I only had the phone five minutes and dropped the phone. The screen protector protected the phone.

Gone back to refit a replacement and they kindly install the screen protector.

Massive thank you for excellent customer service. Highly recommend them.

I shall be using them for the future.

My Phone wasn't charging properly.
It was 2 and a Half years old and everyone around me was telling me to 'Upgrade' to a newer one, but I wanted to fix it rather than replace it. If your shoes are running out of leather, you go to a cobbler, not buy a new pair.

So, I went to travelled to crossgates and sure enough the dude at Phone Revive explained that the Charging report was all jacked up and that's why it wasn't charging.
He got a new part, installed it, it's been two days, and it's Working all good.
A bit expensive but well worth it and I would recommend if you want to fix your Phone

I thought that my iPhone had died when it suddenly froze & wouldn’t do anything but the guys at Fone Revive managed to fix my phone & recover all my data in less than an hours time! Super helpful staff who also explained what I might have done wrong, to prevent my phone from potentially freezing up again. The staff there really made my day that they was able to fix my phone & on the same day too. Highly recommended. Exceptional customer service & friendly staff. Thanks again 🙏🏻😊
