Exceptional. The photos on my damaged phone due to personal reasons were vitally important to me. The young man who helped me was brilliant. Frankly could not have been more understanding or helpful. If I could say 10 star customer services I would. Highly recommended.

Great prompt service, fair pricing. It's always a worry going into a phone repair shop if they are going to be honest about the issues and their pricing. Fone Tech was fantastic and I will definately return in future if I need help.

I was initially very happy with the service. They replaced the battery in my old phone, quickly and efficiently, for £39.99. Unfortunately, the new battery was hardly any improvement with the phone battery settings showing it was weak. I appreciate that on an old phone the replacement battery will also be old and not as good as new, but after going back to the shop they said they would order another one and change it again in case this one was faulty.
They said they would call when it came in, but I didn't hear from then. I then messaged the shop, and nearly a week later still haven't heard back.
I'm very disappointed, feel it was a waste of money.
