Have been to iPhone repair on a number of occasions for advice and help with issues I have had in the past. I have always found them extremely knowledgeable and very keen to sort your problem. I had came here due to seeing the huge amount of positive reviews and brilliant service and knowledge well what a disappointment this was… Recently the back of my iPhone glass was smashed all over, (accidental damage) They seemed to be genuine at first as I was told it would be a genuine back glass replacement however with my iPhone 12 Pro Max it was also replacing the screen as well, due to the complications of the design, I had this diagnosed by KRCS Apple authorised repairs Specalist in Victoria centre Nottingham, and was told the screen is fake, due to using Non OEM parts, back glass was perfectly fine but I would have appreciated the honesty of telling me an aftermarket screen would be going onto my phone, however I do not recommend this business to use, and to use an authorised Apple repair specialist to pay for quality and no errors made whatsoever. Not happy with this business being trustworthy or worthy to what they say their standards are towards their customers. I would strongly advise going to the KRCS Apple Store in Nottingham remember to book an appointment beforehand for when booking a repair.
