OK, so until my Samsung had a reboot loop I did not know how painful they are..ie..new phone time when you have done nothing wrong. Harry was awesome, taking on the chin how frustrating it is to set up a new phone when all it asks for is to talk to your old phone which is dead. Had I left the shop without his 30 mins of help I myself would have nearly died of frustration that evening. But all good thanks to Harry who seemed to be emergency service number 4 for much of the Kingsbridge community. Thanks, Harry.

That chap Harry is brilliant, he fixed my phone in no time at all and after he gave me marriage advice at no extra charge! Brilliant lad, only weird thing is that a woman came in half way through our consultation asking him if he would look after some dogs haha! Will definitely return if I have anymore problems, thanks Harry! (Update) Once again Harry is a gem, he told me he can fix anything and you know what, he can! He fixed our broken landline and printer. Taking the tumble dryer down in a couple weeks that he said he'll fix for us for next to nothing what a genuine bloke 5 stars!

Harold was an absolute hero! My partner and I had taken a trip along the river in our dinghy and his phone got absolutely soaked. Needless to say the salt water had damaged the phone beyond repair. Queue Harold! He ordered us a brand new phone which was delivered the next day, plus managed to ‘Frankenstein’ the old phone in order to transfer all the data (all our photos and videos from 36 hours of sailing).
