Came in for a camera lens repair phone came back scratched tried denying it only admitted when it was posted on social media due to a bad reputation to his store then expected me to trust him to fix my phone no thanks no offer off a refund can’t own up to his actions in person but can over a messaging app pathetic never going here again first one to cry wolf when someone nicks something from their shop but they dont mind robbing their customers laughing stock really 😂😂😂

I have purchased several screen protectors & phone cases from FoneXtras, have taken phones in for advice on what to do when they have been broken & always find Damon obliging and honest on what is the best way forward. I recently took my sons iPhone in as it had locked itself after an update. Damon kept the phone to work on it & had the phone up & running within a few hours. FoneXtras is reasonably priced, I have been very happy with the service there on the occasions I have visited.

Went in to the shop with my partner and young girl, we had an issue with our SIM rejected for the Google pixel, he gave me advise and told me where to order the part needed to fix it.

He also managed to remove the SIM from my phone despite it being jammed in. He didn't charge any fee.

Really pleasant man and great customer service. I'll be back.

Second visit here today and once again can’t fault them. The first visit was a fault with my old phones sound, the guy was knowledgeable and wanted to actually help rather than charge for unnecessary bits. Problem today was stuff stuck in the charger slot, the guy was again, very friendly and very helpful and took him seconds to clear it out. This is the only phone shop I’ll go to.

Seen Damon yesterday my screen was broken on my Xiaomi mi 12 pro + what's still classed as a top of the range mobile as it's £600 to buy brand new I paid £200 for a new screen to be fitted aswel as a new screen protector very happy indeed I only booked it in on the 06/02/25 and was told it would be the 13/025 before he got a screen but today on the 07/02/25 I got a message to tell me to bringy phone in for a new screen very happy indeed with how fast they were 10 out of 10 service thanks damon

Went to FoneXtras, Carlisle expecting to have to pay for an expensive repair. I spoke to Damon who told me what the issue was with the phone and what I needed to do to correct the problem.
