100% recommend this company. I have some lovely shoes which are no longer available to buy. The soles were crumbling away so I went to everyone's local portacabin "experts" who told me it couldn't done. Found Footwear Fix online, 45 mins from home but dropped my shoes off and picked them up the week after. As it turns out 'it can be done!'. . Very happy customer, my shoes live on 🥰

Stunning experience with these guys. Had a brand new hard leather pair of Doc Marten boots, and they put them on the stretcher for a week. Absolutely 0 damage or scratches, and it feels like they’re mostly broken in already! Will be coming here for every and any show related problem I have. Lovely staff, very friendly, and are obviously absolute master craftsmen. Many thanks. See you soon.

I found this place via Google and the highly rated reviews.

I can highly recommend. I have moved back to Norwich recently and needed a good cobbler for a few boots and shoes I have. The shoes being single mold soles, I wasn't sure anything could be done.

However, the quality and standard of work here was perfect. My boots were re-heeled and are now better than when I bought new!
My favourite shoes are restored with a new heel, a nice slice into the original mold. Great work

Fantastic little family run business, traditional in methods, very fair pricing and extremely helpful, could’ve done a bodge job just to make money but no, they called me as soon as they noticed an issue with my request and gave me relevant options and allowed me to make a decision on what I wanted. Absolutely fantastic and 10/10 would recommend

Had a few pairs of trainers and now some evening shoes and sandals raised up for leg length difference. They always do an amazing job, and I can't even see the raise on the shoes. Lovely people that do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Traditional cobblers - and I mean that politely - excellent service and real talent for fixing shoes and boots that other repairers say they can't fix. Great when you have a favourite pair where the leather still has years left in it but the soles and heels are shot - better value than binning and buying new.
