Excellent service no nonsense with you need this and you need that like some other tyre sellers, done exactly what I paid for and a great price £20 cheaper than other quotes, Ashton is the top one, guys are very friendly, I will return for all my tyres in future.

Booked in for a pair of tyres to be changed here through blackcircles, after my first 2 appointments at another branch had been cancelled.

After around 30 minutes I was told the technician had changed the tyres, but didn't have any wheel weights to balance the wheels. The best solution that could be thought of was for me to go to a different garage, pay for the wheels to be balanced and then come back & chat to the manager and 'hopefully' he will 'sort it out'.

My first and last experience of this company, a complete joke.

Avoid using this garage if you value your time. ‼️
I have booked an appointment for a car health check.
After arriving, no one was expecting me and I was being ignored.
After a long wait, I was sent back and forth between the reception and the garage a few times.
They were too busy talking with each other, instead of helping me with my appointment.
Once I released they weren't going to take me serious, I turned around and left.
It wasn't my first time being here, but it was my last.
I will not be recommending this place to anyone because the staff is rudely ignorant.

This is the second time I've tried to schedule a tire change at this garage. Every time I call they say they have availability, but when I get there they say they didn't say that and they're super rude. They always say they're busy and they're always sitting around doing nothing. Terrible.

Paid for a full service, they missed several issues on it as confirmed by a family member who is a mechanic.

They said my wheel didn't arrive for multiple days, well 2 did one didn't, when I'd ordered it online.

I paid for my air-conditioning to be regassed, apparently the machine wasn't working. Took over a week to get booked in. For something I had already paid for. Don't take the cash if you don't have the machinery.

Wondered why they didn't notice broken track rod ends when changing tyres, informed me they don't do the tracking when changing tyres!!

Dismissive new manager, the old one was lovely! All in all, wouldn't recommend.

Beware of this place if you respect your car and money. I did the service and I don't want to know what they didn't check and replace, it's a small problem. By the way, they found out that there is a pipe, they need to replace it, it's damaged, ok, I understand, but when they replaced it with a new one, it turned out that it was leaking, it was suspended too low and the last pipe was poorly attached and was in the way when driving. I CAME TO THE FORMULA ONE WORKSHOP. I told him what the problem was and the employee said yes. They arrived and it turned out that they didn't have time on a given day, and it's been 3 weeks since they don't have time, so why are they making an appointment? This is some mistake people with them.

Had tires changed here. Had old wheel balancing weights interfering with tire beading, instead of replacing these weights and putting new balancing weights inside the wheels they kept them and I have suffered tire deflation problems ever since. Please be aware and remove weights next to tire beading prior to tire change here or AVOID!
