The online booking process was easy to do. Staff were friendly and professional. Appointment on time. Just 1 comment, no free WiFi access in a location without proper network coverage when waiting is not helpful

Absolutely useless. Booked my car in for Tuesday 12 for a puncture repair. Turned up and they have no tyre technician in for that day.
Get better service in Zimbabwe!

Told it would take about 1hr Sat in a comfortable waiting room watching the TV after 45min told car was OK ready to go.

Put my car in for an oil and oil filter change only to receive a call to be told there’s additional work that needed to be carried out. I agreed to the tracking for ~£50 and on collecting the car this was added to the bill along with a ‘special oil’ surcharge. This was sent through to the machine card reader and before paying the £75s I asked to see the tracking report. 10 minutes later the gentleman behind the desk returned to say that the tracking had not been done because they’d run out of ink. This would have been known so how many others have paid for work not carried out. Also said my car required new front discs and pads; I had 4 new tyres at a leading tyre centre the day before and was told categorically that the discs were fine but the pads do need replacing but not £200s if additional work. Lipped discs are perfectly acceptable, safe and within limits.

It was quick and easy to book online, and the two new tyres were fitted very efficiently. You didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want!!
