Fantastic work, solved the issue and made it much better functionally too. Now the valve doesn't foul the door and the original issues are resolved. Didn't try to find faults, it was as simple as some build up that needed cleaning off. Not trying to create work. Friendly, polite service and confirmed the job was still booked in prior to the day.
