Excellent service all round, definitely went to the right person to fix my son’s gaming pc.

I’m very satisfied with the service I received and here’s why.
My laptop stopped working, I hadn't got a clue what to do.
I found Frozen Computers online and Nathan quickly discovered my motherboard had broken.
He spoke to Dell on my behalf and was honest with me about the costs.
He recommended I go with Dell for the repair for the guarantee.
That to me, shows Nathan is honest and has integrity.
He installed some additional memory for me and got it done all very quickly.
He’s very responsive on messages, doesn’t ignore your calls.
Overall a trustworthy person who you should trust with you’re expensive computer equipment.
