Bought a new dishwasher from here. Great service all along. This morning it was delivered at the time they stated. The guys were great, fixed it in, tested it and were so friendly. Forget John Lewis where it is all so stressful, these guys could teach the bigger stores a lesson or three. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely buy from this shop again.

Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Booked a day 2 weeks in advance and left my card details to hold the appointment. Just called to know what time they would come and they had no idea of my appointment. I took a day off to wait for them and they just told me they forgot to put it in the system and I am so annoyed

These guys are great! From booking and servicing through Stacey and the team at their office to the awesome two guys who installed our new dishwasher today and took away the old one. Bought a intergrated fridge freezer a year ago from FT Refrigeration and went back this week to buy a washing machine from FT Refrigeration.
Really helpful and friendly staff in the showroom and the installation team are great and reasonable on price.
Wouldn't use any other company going forward.
