Took my laptop for a routine fan clean and thermal paste touch up last minute before going travelling for 12 months. Unfortunately one of the fans broke due to age. Rod managed to source a replacement part within 2 days (everywhere i looked had a lead time of 4 weeks at least) and got the laptop up and running again like new! Very friendly and knowledgeable chap who kept me informed throughout. I am honestly blown away by the service and couldn't recommend him enough! Top bloke

Thought I placed a review a while back...
During the heart of the pandemic Rod was able to fix my issue within 24 hours. I called him, he said he would take a look...i dropped the laptop off after work at his home late that night, the next morning he told me the issue and his suggestions. I picked the laptop up after work.

There have been no issues since and he quoted me a reasonable price. Very professional and very pleased with the service. I would recommend Future Resources fully.

Can only reiterate what has already been said. Rod has been helping me out with purchasing, repair and upgrades and improvements as well as troubleshooting for my laptops. More than happy with the service! Had to get an old laptop up and running to help with home-schooling during the lock-down. While a lot of places seem to be shut, Future Resources correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me a price to fix it, and less than 24 hours later had it up and running better than it was when new. Had a major problem with a cup of tea going all over my laptop..... Took it to these guys who were able to sort everything out and gave me a decent laptop to use while they were doing the repairs as it did take a couple of weeks to get the correct parts. Ended up buying the spare laptop from them as well as it was really good and well priced. Excellent service and attention to detail, no hesitation in recommending them.
