Huge thanks to the guys at GK Autos. I arrived to work today with a very loud, concerning noise coming from my car, which sounded like metal grinding together and causing a big concern as I had a long journey home and I am not from Oxford. I called the garage this morning to see if they were able to identify what the sound might be, immediately they invited me down to take a look. They were able to diagnose the issue (a very small stone lodged right into my brake pads causing a racket of a noise!) and remove it within minutes despite already having a very full schedule for the day. Much appreciated, and I can now get home without worrying. Thank you so much!

I'm not from Oxford but was driving down to Poole from Sheffield. We had gearbox issues on the way down and pulled in here for help. They weren't able to help us as they were busy and the nature of the issue wasn't a quick fix. What they did do was give sound advice on what to do next in our situation. To the man who helped us, thank you for the advice, it was really appreciated in a stressful time. Would hope many locals make up for the custom we couldn't give you

Really helpful and communicated well. I had an urgent repair to the suspension on my 6 series GT which was handled quickly and at a far less eye-watering cost than the main dealer or Halfords auto centre. Am planning on going back in a couple of months to get the brake disks sorted. Thank you

Great service for my German Seat Ibiza!
They gave a fair price for complete change of gearbox and clutch!
They changed it swiftly although it was holiday season.
Would always recommend this garage.
