iPhone 12 speaker blown partner took it here to have replaced, they broke the screen whilst replacing the speaker so we paid extra to replace that too. Getting it home for daughter and the screen is really poor quality. Had to take it back for it to be fixed again and next the charge port broke suspicious! Couple days later the newest screen has completely gone. They either don’t know what they are doing or are using really poor quality parts avoid avoid avoid !!!

Took my iPhone 12 into get a new bottom speaker which was charged £45 was told there’s a chance they would damage the screen and we would have to pay a extra £25 for the new screen. Within a few days the screen had lines on it/pixilated and kept going white took the phone back in and they fitted another screen which again I had to pay £45. within a few days the screen has gone completely blank I rang and again we took the phone back in. He then rang and explained the motherboard goes to sleep after a few hours charge. We took it elsewhere for another opinion and have been told the motherboard has been chipped and to replace it plus be £150 so basically this con man has broke our phone completely and lies about it

Be very careful and cautious. I was advised to go to PC Cellular to get my phone screen repaired however they were closed. I needed a screen repair/replacement ASAP so I went around the corner to Gadget Gear. The shop keeper did not tell me he did not do the repairs himself and had to send the phone elsewhere. He then called me to say he had to do my phone a different color, which I had no choice but to agree to as I needed my phone back. The next day I collected my phone. Within 48 hours a pink line appeared down the screen of the phone. I contacted him immediately and told him the screen must not have been fitted properly. He seemed very cool and told me to come down to his shop. I then went down for his shop to only be closed. I then called him again and his daughter answered saying he was not working. I then had to work a further week before I could go to see him. Upon attending he told me he would need to send my phone off again and that I needed to come back the next day. This was less than ideal. At the same time he started making very profound comments about my partner smoking cannabis (he does not know me from Adam, he has never seen my partner) and falsely alleging and inferring that the problem was because I dropped my phone. I bit my lip and awaited his promised call the next day. He did not call though as he promised and I called him back. He told me to come to the shop. I went to the shop and he told me that the expert said the lcd had been broken. I made it very clear again that t had not been installed properly as by applying a little pressure to the top corner made the pink line go away. He offered me no resolution or partial refund or replacement. In fact this strange man went further to again try to accuse me of dropping my phone. I made it very clear to him that he was well out of order, to which he became apologetic.

In conclusion I have dealt with a lot of businesses in my time and I would avoid returning to this one at all costs. USE PC CELLULAR is my advice.
