I have used Gadget Magic a couple of times in the past - they are my go to place if I have any issues with mobiles. I contacted Jon yesterday as I had an issue with an iPhone 11 that I have been given via a friend and as usual, he gave me some great advice that will not cost me a penny.

He could have withheld this information and charged me to resolve it and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, he went the extra mile and shared the free work round.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon and his team - they are honest, knowledgable and turn things around super quick.

I cannot fault the service. Right from messaging on WhatsApp to replacing my phone on my S23 Ultra. Compared to other phone shops, the price was higher but the service was top notch. Get what you pay for! I would definitely use them again!

RUBBISH. My son's iPad wouldn't turn on, the apple logo was flashing. Took it here, spent £20 on a diagnostic. This took over a week for them to tell me it was the screen that needed replacing and quoted me £239.99. It wasn't the screen I ended up taking it to iRepair iVape in town. They fixed it the same day for £100. AVOID THIS SHOP THEY'RE A RIP OFF.

Further on from my original review on this place. I have had Jon text me asking to remove this review in exchange for the money I paid for a diagnostic. I feel my review is valid as this is what I experienced.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You tried to pay be back the £20 diagnostic fee to remove my comment. Don’t make me out to be a victim. Can you explain what diagnostic you ran and what it came back with. I said to begin with it’s not the screen so you’ve either been doing people over all this time or tried to do me over 👍🏼
