Second time using Gadget Rehab.

The service was impeccable, communication & repair was carried out really promptly, and for a fair and reasonable fee.

The fast turnaround (given my deadline) as this is my solo Apple Laptop which I require for work, was greatly received.

GR team also cleaned the outside of my laptop, which was a nice surprise, looked great when it was back in my hands.

The true test of a repair is how well it lasts. Exactly a year ago I took my laptop to Gadget Rahab for repair after two other firms had told me it wasn't feasible repairing it. They very efficiently identified and ordered the required part, effected the repair and twelve months later it is still going strong, so I am writing this review, unsolicited, to highly recommend them.

I was dealt with professionally & courteously from start to finish. I didn't get the normal flannel like I did from other companies I contacted. The turnaround for the repair was very quick and the final cost was less that the quote (which was a very good price in the first case). Cannot recommend enough. Absoulutley brilliant.

Gadget Rehab diagnosed the electronic problem with my 20 year old Meade LX200 telescope very quickly as a failed Tantalum capacitor. They ordered the part, repaired and tested the device and I collected it all within a week. I had been unable to find anyone else in the UK capable and willing to undertake this repair.

I re-installed the scope in my observatory and was imaging Mars within four days! Sample image attached

Needed to solder the battery connector of an iPod classic 5g and Daniel did an amazing job. Quick too! Honestly, looking at the solder, you can't tell the difference between the factory one and the solder he did to put the connector back in place. Absolutely perfect. Thank you.

I used Gadget Rehab to fix my Bose headphones. I was a little reluctant if I’m honest because you just hear about such negativity and scams etc, hence me writing this review. Once I made contact I was informed step by step what I needed to do and what they were actually doing. The diagnosed the problem, informed me what it was, told me the cost it would to repair and waited for me to decide if they were to proceed. I really wanted the headphones for a long haul flight and they were fixed in plenty of time for my holiday. I have had no issues with the headphones since GR fixed them. I am now happy to be taking them on my next holiday. If anyone is (like I was), a little unsure, then don’t be. GR are extremely professional, they are prompt, reliable and will keep you informed as the investigate etc. I had my headphones fixed at the end of November and as I prepare to go away again, I realised I’d not not done a review. My apologies GR but here it is now. Thanks so much.
