They installed a "new" screen a few weeks ago which has major screen burn, broke my finger scanner in the process & my phone casing at the back falls off cos they didn't glue it properly. Avoid. Edit: This is a reply to the Owner: Yes, I was there; I work around the corner from you and I brought in a Samsung A70.

Omar and his colleagues showed me impeccable customer service in attempting to fix my iPad. Even though it couldn’t be done in the end, I massively appreciate how much time and investigation they put into it over some weeks with me going back and forth a few times - they never gave up, until we all realised that the iPad itself had given up on life haha. I ended up purchasing a new phone battery as well which is going well and means no need to get a new phone at xxx times the cost. They are well knowledgeable and highly professional. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I visited Gadget World in Tooting on a recommendation in December 2023 when my daughter's HP laptop developed a problem. It turned out to be both a software and hardware issue, and the motherboard needed replacing. Everything was fixed very quickly and professionally. All the team were great, including Omar and Saleem the Manager, who was extremely helpful and explained everything. I was very happy with the service, and would visit them again if necessary.

I took my Macbook pro 2020 to apple store for repair. they said its motherboard issue and it will cost £700 to fix. friend on mine recommend gadget world tooting. - Omar diagnose the issue and fixed my Macbook pro less than even half price which APPLE STORE asked . brilliant, friendly, helpful service. It was my first time visit and will be back again for sure. Great that there are repair shops out there. Thanks

Not even 1⭐ worth. He dint fix my laptop 💻. And charged me a huge amount. And was not interested in looking at resolving the issue. Luckily I sorted it with watch YouTube videos with Tech Geeks. Simply got scamed. This tooting bec store im talking about. This is for the right store. Will not be removed people should know that the guy was simply playing games.
