I have have been using this shop for many, many years and would highly recommend them. They are extremely helpful in all respects. I've purchased new and refurbished items from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. They are rude, unhelpful and completely out of line. I tried to return an item to the store less than 2 hours after buying it, it had not even been used. Not only would they not let me return it, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, refusing to give me the name of the manager. Terrible customer service. i will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as I believe they packaged up a used item in a new box.

Bought a brand new macbook air for £829 from Gadgets Store, same macbook in apple store was £949. Got a year's warranty. They helped me setup the new macbook. Excellent service 🙂

I've been meaning to leave a positive review for ages - suffice to say, the team here very effectively dealt with water damage to my Macbook, and replaced the keyboard free of charge - due to not discovering that issue in the original diagnostic. Very kind of them. Later, they advised me against replacing the battery, due to the cost of doing so and the age of the laptop. Honest, caring service, not seeking to make a quick buck.. we love to see it! So please continue supporting this neighbourhood tech clinic!

I went here to get my phone fixed in january, my phone started playing up and the screen stopped working which is what i got fixed previously, and then my phone would not turn on again last week (april). I was going abroad the next day so I went and tried to go into the store on wednesday but it was not open at usual hours. I had to get it fixed because I was going away otherwise I would have waited and done it at the store. At the new place that I got my phone fixed they showed me that the people who had ‘repaired’ it previously had done it wrong and damaged the phone and LUD and so I needed a completely new one. I phoned the store when I got back from being away today to explain my dissatisfaction and ask about my 3/4 month guarantee and they told me they wouldn’t do anything about it and did not care at all that the had repaired my phone wrong and broken it more after I had paid for the service. I will definitely not be coming here again

This is an excellent place to go if you have a phone or computer or some gadget you need fixing. I visited them this week. They were all very pleasant and helpful. I met Bill and and two other guys. They spent a long while on my phone and didn’t rush me at all and fixed my problem. I was really impressed with their knowledge and their patience. I had felt a bit nervous going in as I don’t know anything about technology but they were not dismissive or pretentious at all just really nice guys honestly I was so grateful and happy when I left. I reckon they could fix any problem they all seem to know their stuff and they seem to enjoy what they do. Their fees are really really reasonable too they are most definitely not money grabbers in fact I offered them more but they wouldn’t accept it!!
I am not exaggerating I really recommend his shop if you have a problem or need any gadget fixing or have any issues with computers, printer, phones and all that kind of stuff. A great team of guys.
