Absolute top guy that runs this shop, he gave me a discount on a PS4 which was a lot cheaper than CEX. He also does repairs on consoles and repaired my friends PlayStation, that’s how I was recommended to go there instead. Polite and really helpful!

I've been waiting for more than a month for the phone to be repaired, each time I have information that the phone will be ready within two days and it's been going on for more than a months, because the parts haven't arrived or there is no person to fix it. On Wednesday my son asked for the phone and he was told that it will be ready on Thursday or Friday and by today's last information, I'm already wondering what's happening with my phone because how long can I wait, I will add that the first time the phone was repaired in 3 hours but it turned out that after repairing one button does not work after reloading I've been waiting for a phone call for more than a month.

I had a really bad experience with them, after 3 weeks they send me message that your phone is fixed and ready to collect, when I collected it wasn’t fixed , they said it didn’t have charged to check it we checked it is fixed, when go home and checked it is still not fixed, and west my money and time even when I come back they said ok after 1:00 come we will fix and when I come after 1 hours they still don’t fix and ….
This is shut and very bad just waiting and west of time and money.
