I called Galaxy Computer Services with a problem concerning my computer and spoke with Alex who immediately asked me to drop off my machine and he would have a look at it. Alex at all times was helpful and professional and fixed my computer within the hour. It was so refreshing to speak and deal with someone who from the start was very positive and gave me the confidence that my computer would be fixed. Alex was an absolute joy and he is a credit to Galaxy Computer Services. Because of him I will most certainly use Galaxy again in the future and I strongly recommend them to everyone.

We would be lost without Galaxy Computer Services. Will has sorted all our computer problems out over a few years now. He has sourced new equipment and got us up and running smoothly. We often need the simplest of queries solving and there is no hesitation in helping us out. We have already recommended him and his company to all our friends and contacts. It's a great help to have such a competent person available to keep us aware of new technologies and to explain things calmly and without too much jargon!

Will has looked after my Laptop and Desktop for the past 8 years. He has always responded to any of my PC queries either large or small, quickly, efficiently, politely and with integrity, at my home or at his business premises. He really is a pleasure to work with. Will has always been most helpful when I have needed advise on software or hardware and has never been pushy when I have needed to purchase any new equipment, he simply recommends what he considers suits my needs and leaves me to make the final decision. Since he has moved into his Business Premises he is very obviously training his Staff to the same high standards as applied by himself. I always recommend Will to any of my friends who are considering buying a Desktop, Laptop, iPad or Tablet because I know that he will give them the same high standard of service that I receive.

Will has been looking after our home computer now for a number of years and has always been incredibly professional, polite and knowledgeable.
