Rising damp on 2 internal walls was quickly confirmed as the cause after testing, and dealt with very professionally by the team at Garratts. The protection preparation was the best I have encountered. Every working area was totally sealed with plastic, with zip style doors in the plastic for access. This kept the dust created well under control and allowed us to get the house back to normal very quickly. They worked to the stated timeframe and left the job with a finish that was ready for decorating. They hoovered and treated my home respectfully. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Garratt's. We had signs of damp on our exterior wall and Shane conducted a really thorough survey. He was professional, friendly and reassuring, thoroughly explaining his process and the overall damp situation really clearly. Fortunately we didn't need any major works done, but Shane gave us clear advice on small remedial things we could do to improve the situation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again if we ever needed to.
