Had a drainage issue that was making life just awful! I'd been paying D&G insurance and couldn't get an engineer to commit to a visit!! Cancelled!
Gary was just awesome. Firstly, offering advice to see if I could sort it myself before coming to my house 10 mins later. 20 mins later, it's draining and I am ecstatic! Had a problem with our tumble dryer making a noise, rang Gary on Tuesday afternoon, he arranged to come Wednesday between 11am and 1pm. Arrived as promised, diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed the dryer on the day with a spare part he carries. We thought it was a fair price for the job, was all sorted, we would recommend.

Oven broke. Called Gary at 8.30 on a Monday. By 10.30 that same morning he arrived with his son. 15 minutes later he had finished changing the element. He was friendly and professional. They both were. Really impressed by him. The rate was pretty reasonable too. Would definitely recommend.

Gary recommended I order the part myself ( cost effective) and actually fit it myself (which I did!) saving me call out fee, his time, etc. He rang having done his best to locate the part but at the time it was out of stock nationwide... Sound advice, low cost to me, no profit for him....
