Probably the best service I have ever had from a model railway supplier and I have been ordering model railways for the last 35 years. Easy parking, (also next to Ford railway station), large premises with friendly, knowledgeable staff and a huge range of stock in many scales and from many different countries. A lot of items are on display in glass cases, making ogling a lot easier. A bonus for me was being there just as the latest issue of Continental Modeller arrived, a couple of days earlier than in newsagents.

An astonishing place. It looks so uninspiring from the road, but go through the doors and you are in a fantastic wonderland.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Anybody interested in the world in miniature should definitely visit Gaugemaster, but a word of warning, you will spend some money here.

Fantastic customer care! The staff here are always willing to give advice and support. It is obviously more than a job to them. It is a passion. After one of my father's engines developed a fault, he took it in and a very kind gentleman fixed it free if charge. It then wasn't running correctly, for another reason, so we took it back and, after looking at it and testing it the same gentleman replaced it. No questions. We were so touched by receiving such fantastic service and support. My father will certainly now remain a loyal customer. Thank you for looking after him so well.

Wonderful customer care. My, quite old, HF2 rail cleaner developed a fault. I rang and spoke to a knowledgeable fellow...he asked me to send it to them.

So I did. I received a £0.00 invoice electronically... a few days later, my HF2 returned fully restored and working perfectly.
