Fantastic service having my iPhone 11 Pro fixed. Had a massive impact crack which effected the screen with green stripes running through the whole phone. The phone is now back to perfect condition along with a 3 month warranty on the screen. Fantastic service and even got a complimentary screen protector put on too. Thank you again for the fast turnaround that meant within 45 mins it was ready for me to collect. ✨

Fantastic shop would highly recommend. Went here to get 2 phones unlocked, the guy could of easily charged me and said he had done them, instead he checked both phones and discovered they was already unlocked. Very respectful, honest and polite guy. Saved me a good chunk of money with his honesty. Will defo be using this shop in the future.

Brought a screen protector on Monday but by Wednesday a crack appeared on the side, it was not dropped and when I returned to shop on Saturday was told I had to pay £4 for another to be fitted. I paid £5.50 before very bad customer service who will never get my custom again

After reading a few dubious reviews about this establishment, I decided to check this shop out regardless and see what was so bad. After I had spent 45 minutes in this shop, they managed to fix my iPhone 6s screen (£40 which was way cheaper than all of the other quotes), made a absolutely cracking coffee (better than my wife makes at home), and kept a good debate up about football (Wolves till i die). I would highly recommend this business to everyone because they did such an amazing job and fast service. Friendly staff and great vibe.

Took my Huawei P30 in with a smashed back and cracked front after dropping it. The screen wouldn't cone on either. In less than 24 hours they had repaired it but also showed me some internal damage which effected the charge. They offered to fix there and then with a 10 minute wait for a very reasonable price. Whilst I waited I observed 2 interactions with customers. Both times the owner which I regrettably forgot to ask his name, spoke to them both politely and took his time to explain what he was doing for each of their problems. Hopefully I won't need to use them again but if I do I won't hesitate to head straight back there. I highly recommendand i even got a quick chat in about cricket and where I'm from up north, I felt very welcome and not just another customer.

FANTASTIC!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED
Needed screen fixing on an S20, tried 4 different shops in same area, all said would take 3 to 4 days for screen to be ordered and quoted me higher price
As soon as i called GB phones I felt reassured and confident my phone would be fixed the same day and for a very reasonable price
Definitely found my new phone repair shop and would highly recommend these guys

Absolutely fantastic experience. Phone screen broke on my Samsung S10 plus, called the shop really helpful man, cheapest quote i had. Got the phone to him at 10:30am, was done and back to me at 1:30pm 👍👍. The man was so helpful, would reccomend this shop to anyone for anything phone related! Thanks again 👍!

Took phone for battery replacement as it was not holding the charge longer than 5 hours. The supplied replacement battery failed to get above even 10% on charge. Was told it was a 'board fault'. Eventually they fitted a second replacement battery which fixed it. Then 4 weeks later I had a different charging problem. I was again told it was a 'board fault' & got rid of me by saying her had to take his daughter to her doctor on a Saturday afternoon !! Not recommended.
No doubt he will try to defend themselves.
