I had several issues with my car which was due an MOT soon. Discs and pads needed doing immediately as they were metal on metal. As the car is just a run around, they offered to do a pre MOT to see if it was even worth doing. I was quoted £600 to rectify all the issues and MOT, £400 which needed doing, £200 advisory, of course this was subject to not running into any further issues once they got into the weeds of an MOT (car is 14 years old). Final price end up being £682. Rob communicated with me throughout, included seeking approval for the additional cost. Having just rocked up at the garage, they bent over backwards to get me in and complete all the work within the week. Couldn't be happier with the service received and will definitely be using again.

Went for my MOT in October and they were amazing and honest about everything. Had to contact on Friday due to my car showing a message and I was worried. Ash came to where my car was the next day on his day off and was very open and honest with myself about what was wrong and what price I'm looking at to get it sorted. I appreciate it all and have recommended them from my not but will definitely be recommending them further to anyone that needs it.

I couldn’t ask for more from a garage. Genuine honesty can be a rarity with garages unfortunately, but that is exactly what you’re getting at general garage.

I’ve had garages in the past where I’ve paid the same price for parts, for much less quality. The parts they use are top notch, I couldn’t believe the difference in brake pads especially.

I’ve seen Ash, Rob and Lisa go above and beyond on countless occasions for myself and others. They’re all genuine, lovely people. I’ve recommended my whole family to use them as a garage and they all rave about them.
