Hi. I did something stupid on my phone and ended up with what I thought was a virus. Took it in to Genus Tech. Being disabled and in a scooter I couldn't get up the step so he came out, listened to what I'd done and put it right straight away. Took him a couple of minutes and refused to charge me. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much for your time. I can stop panicking now. Would definitely recommend. It's nice to have a local business you know you can trust.

Highly recommend Excellent service and very professional saved me 100s of pounds.
My wife took my mobile phone to the store in Bentley Doncaster as it wasn't charging. Perhaps I should listen to my wife more 😂.

I brought in my mums phone to genius tech after the battery swelled in her phone and we was unable to replace it our selfs as 3 of the screws just wouldn’t come out but genius tech managed to get in and replace the battery with one we had already bought only after that the screen stopped working so I took it back to them and they informed me the LCD had failed on the device and offered me a price for a new one fitting I informed my mum but she decided to go ahead and buy a new phone as she was looking to upgraded anyway so I went back to collect the old phone and genius tech kindly refunded us the money we had paid to have the battery replaced (as they used a battery I had bought it didn’t cost them anything to fix the battery issue). Can’t fault this company I’ve had my phone repaired through them previously they always keep you updated and informed and they always offer an excellent friendly service and know what they’re doing. Would recommend them to anyone needing phone repairs.

I called in at Genius Tech today to see if they could sort out my Samsung A40 mobile, it had developed a problem in that the screen would not respond to touch. So, I couldn`t answer any calls or open it up to use any apps. I tried to switch it off to see if it would reset, but the lack of response from the screen prevented me from doing this.

I took it in and the owner took it , pressed a couple of buttons on the side of the phone and managed to restart it, which solved the problem. He refused to charge me for this, even though it was his expertise that fixed my phone.

They have done similar work on my phones before and they are just first class.

The first time I ever called in for a repair a couple of years ago, there was a customer in who wished to sell a couple of high-spec ipads. The owner said that although he would happily buy them from her, they were worth considerably more than he could pay and he advised her to sell them online where she should get a better price.
I was impressed by his fairness and it made me very comfortable to leave my phone with them for repair. I would strongly recommend Genius Tech to anyone who needs their phone repaired.
