Used Genius tech Armthorpe last year to replace my laptop battery.
This week it suddenly stopped charging.
Contacted, they had it in the same day, sorted the issue in a couple of hours. The battery had unsynchronized after an update!
Very fast professional service, honest too. They could have charged me for a replacement battery but explained exactly what the issue was.

Excellent service, got a screen change on iPhone XR but had a lot of trouble logging in to my apple ID to test it out. The guy couldn't have been more patient if he tried! Friendly and genuine going that extra mile when he really didn't have too. Got logged in and phone works exactly as it should. Highly recommend going with your next tech issue.

Rang for an item they didn't sell but very helpful and told me where to buy it. Great customer service.

Returned to get a new phone....gave lots of advice then spent the whole afternoon transferring everything and showing me the process as I'm not tech savvy at all...has the patience of Jobe...nothing was too much trouble....big tick from me...thank you..

Both mics on my OnePlus 7 Pro stopped working, it also needed back glass as mine was cracked, they ordered the parts which arrived in a few days and had them both replaced for £84.

Everything works great and I can make calls again!
