Excellent service! Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Craig quickly diagnosed the issue with my straightener and had it running like new in no time. The pricing was fair. I highly recommend Craig such a lovely genuine gentleman.

My wife's GHDs had a faulty cable as the power kept cutting out. We got in contact with Craig and got us booked in for a Monday evening. Dropped the GHDs over to him and he had fixed and up and running within 20mins. Fantastic service from Craig and would highly recommend if your GHDs need repairing etc.

My GHD straightener stop working yesterday evening and it was stressing me out I thought I’d have to buy a new one, but before doing so i wanted to try getting these ones fixed and found Craig thanks to the amazing reviews i gave him a call today and he was able to have a look at them and saved my day. My first GHD hair straighteners recently stopped working. I've had them for approximately 20 years and I love them, could not say goodbye to them, so I looked into a possible repair. I saw Craig on Google and a few reviews with happy customers, so gave it a go.Best decision I made! Repair completed in less than 15 minutes, good value, lovely man to meet and speak to and a very happy me! Thank you so much Craig!!!
