I went there today to get my phone repaired. The guy was very arrogant and was showing off in front of his friend. My screen was coming away from my I-phone and when I explained that a new battery was installed only 2 months ago, he said he gad 20 years experience and it was thd battery but refused to change it and would gladly sell me a battery.

It’s a mobile repair shop not a Supplier, so I left and went elsewhere.

It was the battery and I got it changed and with 3 months warranty for £10 cheaper than just buying it from him.

The guy is so arrogant but was recommended to me by friends who always use him, but when I told them about him, they are going to all swap to where I went on Prince Regent Street as well.

There’s no excuse for rudeness or arrogance, and I hope he reads this and maybe changes his attitude

This outfit is very professional. The premise is smart and clean and the staff very friendly. I took my IPhone in for repair and was very pleased with the result. They were very quick and the charge was a sensible price. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again if needed.

Very good customer service. They are helpful and they make discount for everything and every time sometimes don’t care about £1 or £2 when you pay to them very nice and they are professional when they fix it any phone and not coming back for any problem because they fix it hundred percent if not they tell you straight away. Sorry this phone not work anymore and give you solution for every single problem. Thank you very much.

The person working there was very rude,will never go there,totally unprofessional behaviour. He was racist.
So mr owner i didn't came there to sell anything, i just came to repair my phone, and when i came back for the same problem the person started to shout and said get out of my shop.😟
