Bought lots of parts to try and build my son a gaming PC, not built one in years and obviously I hit problems. Shane and Pete were straight on to it and sorted out my stupidity in no time, even with sickness problems at home I was still kept up to date and informed of the delay. Excellent customer service, lovely down to earth lads, perfectly reasonable pricing.
They saved Xmas in our house this year!

Quick and friendly service, prices are spot on. Emails answered quickly and service with a smile, great little shop with lots of decently priced items if you need one same day! Swapped my Xbox hdmi, wouldn’t know the Xbox had been touched!

Great guys!
Son’s ps5 hdmi port broke, took it in Thursday & picked it up Friday. Very helpful, quick & good at what they do. Will defiantly use them again.

I could not be more delighted by the service from Shane at G Tek. I called in unannounced Monday morning to ask if they could replace the charging port on my iPad Pro. Certainly they could and I got a phone call a few hours later to say I could collect next day ; that’s a 24 hour turn round and the price believe me is excellent. I’ve taken apple products much further afield to get them repaired, fearing that no one locally had the expertise; I was wrong. I can highly recommend this company to you.

Testing the lads out today ( 30/1/2025) . Could they fix my radio? Within 2 hours I got a call to say that the main circuit board was faulty but they had fixed it and I could collect it same day. I am now awarding 6 stars ( take that Google🫢)

What can I say about these guys… tbh I’m lost for words. May sound cheesy but these guys are angels in disguise. Went into the shop with a dodgy laptop, not a cheap one might I add but one myself and my daughter were told was a good gaming laptop, turns out it was quite the opposite. To cut a long story short(er) Pete had a look at it, did what he could and the Laptop was ready the same day, it didn’t fix the issue but that wasn’t down to Pete. We then decided to purchase a proper set up for my daughter and this is where I cannot thank Pete enough. We spent hours in his company going through stuff, him finding the best of what my daughter wanted within our budget and then sending the information to me. He sorted and built the PC within a day as he knew how important this was for her and then he came and set the whole system up for us at home. Even then after all that when she had issues with certain things (in his own time at home) dialled into her PC and fixed issues. We will never ever go anywhere else for anything computer related. I honestly cannot thank Pete enough, he went above and beyond for us and he is just honestly amazing. I will always recommend GTEK to anyone who asks in the future.
