AvOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THE OWNER IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT!!

I gave my car to Hitesh (The owner) in January for gearbox work. A week later Hitesh called me to tell me it’s an electrical issue. I had already had the car thoroughly checked by an auto electrian for any electrical faults. I was advised by these to get the gearbox checked. Hitesh then decided to get my car recovered to an electrical garage without telling me what company this is, or how much they are going to charge me.

Throughout this whole time i had communication with Hitesh over WhatsApp. Hitesh advised me that they were sorting some sort of ad blue problem. The communication over the last five months from Hitesh has been very minimal. He has not contacted me once. I have had to keep asking Hitesh for updates every other week.

Over the course of this time a whole big bill had been racked up. I came to find out it was the gearbox that needed replacing. I already knew this, hence the reason I took it to Hitesh (a gearbox specialist). However, Hitesh determined that it was an electrical issue. The only reason why i gave car to him was to replace/repair component in gearbox

As you can imagine, so much of my time and money has been wasted since i use this car for work. I asked Hitesh to cover the bill as I was not even informed where the car will be taken, I wasn’t the one at fault here. Hitesh was not taking any responsibility or accountability for the massive bill he had racked up without me knowing.

Hitesh then kept trying to lie to me direct to my face and say I didn’t tell him it was the gearbox. Hitesh only deals with gearbox issues. There would be absolutely no reason for me to take the car to him otherwise.

Hitesh then tried to lie to me again and say i told you who i gave it to for electrical work but in the whole course of five months he didn’t mention to me once where it went, he obviously wanted his computer diagnostic money so he kept me in the dark for 5 months and planned to get my car sorted and whack me with a huge bill.

On 07/05/24 I decided I had had enough and asked him to give my car back ASAP. Hitesh then tells me where the car is located. Hitesh should have got my car picked up and I should have got it back off him. Since that’s where I dropped it.

I have had to call the electrical garage and liaise directly with this mechanic as Hitesh is incompetent at communicating and doing the right thing. I’ve then been told I have to pay a huge bill as the electrical garage have found that this is a gearbox issue. Hitesh didn’t decide to tell them none of this or he could have saved me a small fortune.

So much time and money could have been saved. I’ve gone to pick my car up from the electrical mechanic and it is an absolute mess. Every part of the engine cover is off. Under tray, engine cover, fuse box cover, inside boot covers, all of these parts were in the boot and the back seats.

To top it all off my front bumper had been scratched really badly and now needs a full bumper respray, nobody wants to take responsibility, I can’t believe my car had been left like this, it wasn’t given to hitesh in this way, avoid this place at all costs.

Hitesh is a liar and a scumbag. He has caused me untold amount of stress. The recovery driver that Hitesh used has advised me to take them to court as he even stated, they should not be deciding to take my car to different garages without my permission. The recovery driver that Hitesh uses is my witness in all of this I will be contacting my solicitor for all damages and for my loss of earnings!

I have all the photos of how my car has been left and all the messages and proof of phone calls etc. I will see you in court Hitesh!!!

I am so glad that I was told about this company. There are not many people who will even look at a Honda I-shift gearbox. It was plainly complex and was not a cheap repair, but it was excellent value for money and significantly cheaper that I was quoted by Honda main dealer. (The alternative would have been to scrap the car.)
Communication was good and it is also great to find someone who is actually an engineer and not simply a fitter.

Now this is what you call is a quality service. Hitesh from HA Transmissions has offered me regular service option with an possible upgrade to service plus. I am amazed to see the results, not only the car was fully serviced at the highest standards but cleaned thoroughly - Inside outside wash + my engine was cleaned. I am having this car for many years.. had services from 5-7 different garages over last 7 years but was never been cleaned and services like HA Transmission has done it.

Brilliant service today,, knowledgeable and explained everything to me, serviced my mini cooper auto gearbox which my local garage couldn't do for me,, needed a specialist to carry out this... charged £300 for this and bmw sytner quoted £690. Amazing job and will definitely recommend.

Brought my car here for a gearbox repair back in November as mine had completely broken. Very high level of work carried out and for an affordable price. After driving for 5000 miles I have had no problems at all. Just serviced today to ensure warranty is still valid. Would highly recommend to anyone with any gearbox issues

Took my car to Hitesh back in November last year as my Gearbox had broken. Hitesh did an amazing job in fixing the issue within a quick time frame. Hitesh was excellent!! He put two different obd readers on my car and diagnosed the problem with my gearbox (slipping gears 3,4 and reverse). He gave me an estimate to carry out the work and advised me on the various alternatives. He is honest and I would go back in the future if I have problems with my cars.
