Outstanding customer service! Mark at Selby was very helpful and kept me well informed. Particularly impressed that I’d been quoted £75 elsewhere to replace a battery in my iPod and they said £35. However when they got the unit open they replaced it with a new battery which had been in stock for a while so only charged me £20..didn’t have to tell me that, very fair and honest! And if it isn’t great I was told that they will replace with a brand new one that will be ordered in for only £15. Would recommend HadTech to anyone

Fantastic Service. 1st time we have used HAD-TECH and we were impressed with the service and quality provided.

Arrived at the shop, took less than 2 minutes to in and we were told the repair would be ready in the afternoon.
