Impossible to find their new location. I followed the instructions, drove round and round two times as per the guidance and once by my own instincts, but I couldn’t find this company. If it is my fault, let me know and I’ll amend my post to reflect my experiences on HIRING. At the moment I can only review my SEARCHING for you.

DO NOT USE!!!! They took deposit for a digger and dumper, said it would be come on a certain day didn’t turn up, came out with some bull crap excuses (same as previous review’s after reading them) after a week of excuses I told them not to bother and asked for a refund of MY £400 that was nearly 4 weeks ago, after several calls and them saying they’ve refunded it, I STILL haven’t received it back. Trading standards have been contacted this will be pursued until I get my refund.

Let down. Called Thursday morning to check the 1.5 tonne digger I’d paid for would be delivered on Friday and initially told there was a problem with the digger. Called back Thursday afternoon and they confirmed all ok for Friday delivery. Booked half a day off work to get back and take delivery, no digger arrived so I called them at 15:39 to check, they said they should have rang me as there was a delay and the digger would be delivered Saturday at 8:30. 9:00 am Saturday the owners calls to say that someone has attacked the vehicle and he was going to have to let me down. Make up your own minds but those are the facts, good luck.

Owner said he would go into work and refund money today (Saturday) I’ll update if this doesn’t happen.

Worse than useless! Trying to dry out the house so hired a dehumidifier from them at 9AM. Arranged to collect at 1PM. Didn't have one there that worked. "The bloke you spoke to isn't here. Sorry"

1st time customer HALL GREEN HIRE MONEY GRABBERS AND LIARS hired a digger out for £112 including collection & delivery went back to pick my deposit they said £130 andy is across the road if you want to have a word with him bla bla bla.

There are plenty other honest & reliable hire shops you will only believe when they do it to you!!!
