I've been using this garage for years now and was slightly disappointed with the MOT outcome of VW Polo.
It was dropped off at 9am & was notified at 12 pm that theres something that needs to be done and was inform the work will commence in the afternoon the same day.
At 16:30 i ask for update and was i nform work in progress..i didn't get the vehicle till the following day ..I received telephone call between 10-11 to say it was now ready..
Was billed for £185
Search is on for candidate garage for next year MOT.
