Unfortunately I had a bad experience when fixing my phone. The phone and the screen were fully functional, with the exception that the screen was detached. Before accepting to have the phone fixed, I explicitly asked if there was any guarantee and was told "1 week". The screen was glued and the phone was returned to me working. 3 hours later, without me even touching the phone, the screen stopped working. I took it back to the store and nothing could be done, not even returning me the money.

So, in summary, I took the working phone and left with £25 less in the pocket, a broken phone and a promise of guarantee that was not honoured.

DO NOT ORDER HERE!!
Broke after 15 days.

I ordered to replace microphone for £45.
At the first day of recieving, it was repaired and working exactly. However after 15 days it broke again.
(Actually I recognised this at day30 by checking the recorded video. Because this is my second phone, so it's not used everyday.)

Then I visited shop again, he said like "Huawei has big problems, poor quality. This is a motherboard problem and warranty is expired. If you still wanna repair this you pay another £45 or you buy Apple or Samsung here."

This is like scam.

If a motherboard problem, then he shouldn't replace the microphone as it's beyond repair.
And we, the customers would guess it's due to his poor replacement/installation skills, that's why it was disconnected after 15 days.
However, he always escapes from these kinds of discussions, saying that he is not good at English and ignore.

*STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS, WILL BREAK YOUR BELONGINGS*

Terrible, unprofessional service which destroyed my tablet which worked just fine before it arrived here.

Do NOT get anything “fixed” at this place. My iPad was bought here with a few cracks on the screen, to get fixed for my birthday. The man insisted he could fix it, but instead he damaged the new screen he put on, and completely broke the front camera and Face ID. He then realises he is unable to actually do this job and so puts the old screen on (which is now COMPLETELY DESTROYED) and gives this back to me along with the money I paid.

After having gone to this shop, my iPad is now utterly damaged, unusable, with extra damage that was not there previously. Like, the screen won’t even turn on. It’s an absolute dog mess. This is what you get for going here - STAY AWAY. So, so unprofessional. Reported to trading standards. Save yourself my mistake.
